Our Firm

“We must all follow the correct moral action in all circumstances
because not to do so leads to a rational contradiction.” – Immanuel Kant

For our Founder and Managing Attorney, Erika Rodriguez, the mission of RL&A is to zealously represent our clients, to protect and preserve their civil rights, and advocate for those whose voices are least heard.

Rodriguez Law & Advocacy Group was established in 2018.  The basis for all that we do for our clients rests on the fundamental principles of social justice:

  • Access:  We believe our clients deserve access to the very best legal representation.
  • Equity:  All of our clients are provided with equal access to our resources, without exception.
  • Rights:  We will fight for our clients rights with zealous advocacy, and protect their rights to privacy.
  • Compassion: We extend our clients the compassion and empathy they need when they’re facing complicated and stressful legal matters.

We encourage our attorneys to be social entrepreneurs through advocacy for their fellow citizens.

Our philosophy

“Strong people stand up for themselves.  Stronger people stand up for others.”
– Chris Gardner, The Pursuit of Happyness

She is an activist.  She is an advocate.

Ms. Erika Rodriguez founded Rodriguez Law & Advocacy because she has a passion for helping others.  Armed with her years of business experience, her love of philanthropy, and her sense of civic duty, Ms. Rodriguez takes a personal interest in each and every case.  Whether it is a contractual dispute for a client’s business or a family law matter, a real estate acquisition or an employment discrimination matter, every client can rest assured that Ms. Rodriguez and the RL&A team are there every step of the way to advocate for them.
